In order to avoid gallstones, Dr.Errawan advised to diligently exercise. Important in physical exercise to burn body fats and reduce the risk of gallstone formation.
“Healthy lifestyle and orderly life will help us control the cholesterol levels remain below normal,” he added.
Dr Andrew R. Hart of the University of Bristol in England states that swim or jog regularly can prevent gallstone formation. “Active lifestyle can reduce the risk of gallstones by 60 percent,” he said as quoted by Reuters.
Sport will trigger a move like whipped bile, thus preventing to crystallize. “When you move around, the bile had no time to form crystals of cholesterol to be a stone,” he said.
