Fish soup

This tasty soup could be prepared at any time of the year but summer months are very suitable to do this. The soup is easy for preparation. There are not so many ingredients. This means that the soup will not cost you a lot of money. The time for its preparation is about an hour and 10 minutes. The recipe is easy and if you follow the given steps it will be not difficult for you even you could be a beginner in cooking soups. The recipe serves 4-5.

Ingredients:

300 gr fish (it is preferable to be mackerel)

1 middle sized carrot

2 middle sized tomatoes ( or 4-5 cherry tomatoes)

Some celery (it is necessary to use at least a small piece of celery because of the wonderful taste of the soup)

3 table spoons pasta

1 table spoon butter

1 table spoon flour

Lemon juice

Salt to taste

30 gr parsley

Method of preparation:The first thing one has to do is to clean the fish very carefully. Then wash it very well. When you are ready with the fish simply put it into a sauce pan full with cold water. Cook the fish until the water in the sauce pan boils. Leave the fish cooking for 10 or 15 minutes afterwards. The next step is to remove the fish from the hot water and to remove the fish bones. After that you have to cut the fish into small pieces. The fish soup should be carefully cleaned from the fish bones. When you are ready then you can  place the sauce pan to be boiled again. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables for the soup by cleaning and washing the carrot, the celery and the tomatoes. Each of these ingredients should be grated. First you have to put the grated carrot into the fish soup. After 3-4 minutes you can put the grated celery. Continue cooking.15 minutes afterwards you can put the grated tomatoes. It is high time to placed the pasta into the soup.Put some salt to taste. Continue cooking by constant stirring. Then you have to add the fish pieces and the butter. Meanwhile while the soup is cooking you can chop the parsley very finely. You have to stir the flour into some water and add it to the soup. The last thing and your soup will be almost ready is to sprinkle the finely chopped parsley. Cook for not more than 5 minutes. The soup is ready and you can serve it. Before serving you can pour some lemon juice into it. If you like black pepper you can also sprinkle some black pepper powder. It is good to serve your soup with homemade prepared bread or at least with baked slices of bread. Green salad can be cery suitable with the fish soup. Enjoy!
