Most people are not health nuts, though many do try to eat a few fruits and vegetables. Having said that though, we still need to do our best in taking care of ourselves. Our body is our temple and what we put in really does make a difference in how we feel and think through out the day. It is always best to get as many fruits and vegetables in your diet as you can.
