A Guide to a Romantic Trip in Paris

Meet your other half at one of the beautiful and numerous art museums around Paris, and spend time just wandering around looking at everything there is to see. You can go to the Louvre, the art museum’s most famous Paris. It is nice and huge with miles and miles of famous works like the Mona Lisa. If the Louvre is not your style, you can always meet you at one of the many other museums like the Museum of Modern Art, the Pompidou Centre or one of many other major art events in the city.

Art museums are not for you? You can always go for a walk along the Champs-Elysees, arm in arm with your sweetheart. At the end of the avenue, you will find the Arc de Triomphe, another great place for a meeting. You can walk under the arch and up and down the massive monument. There you can wander around the base watching the sculptures in detail. You can take the stairs or elevator up and explore the gift shop and information area or climb a few steps further towards the top, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris. Everywhere you look from above, you see something different and new to the city around you, including the Eiffel Tower.

After your adventures with your partner through the arts and the iconic avenue des Champs-Elysees and after getting off the top of the Arc de Triomphe, you can hop on a bus and outdoor walk around the city. It goes and stops at most tourist destinations in the city. Do you want to stop and see something in particular? No problem, you can always get off the bus and walk into any corner of the city with your partner. This would tell you to see the vendors and crafts on sidewalks, or stop in a small cafe for a snack or a drink.
If you are tired to walk around, you have many options. You and your loved one can go back on the bus or you can choose another transportation option. Apart from the underground, bus and taxi, traditional means of transport in the city, you can rent bikes at several convenient locations around the city. A bike ride through the most romantic city in the world will remain a great time in your memories. You can also find carriage rides in some parts of the city. What you take as a means of transport depends on what you want and how you want to get there.

After spending the day wandering and see the best of Paris, head to the Eiffel Tower and enjoy a candlelit dinner in the restaurant on the second floor of this landmark. After finishing desserts climb up the tower to admire the sunset. Overlooks the city and watch the sunset is one of the most picturesque settings and romantic you’ll ever find. If the time is welcome, it would be an ideal opportunity to exchange a kiss with the one you love. For a while, you will feel straight out of a love story.

When you decide to go down, cross the street for a ride to wait until the last event of the day together. Once it gets dark, go to the waterfront opposite the Eiffel Tower and you try a boat on the Seine to see the sights of Paris from the water. Depending on the boat you take, it could be a candlelight walk to see the city all lit up. This is one of the most magnificent experiences and most memorable you’ll ever have.

Paris is known as the most romantic city in the world. No matter what you do there, if you can find one you like and enjoy it at your own pace, you’ll have an experience you will never forget.
