2 kg potatoes ( with equal size,preferrable middle-sized potatoes)
400 gr white cheese
100 gr fresh mushrooms ( or from a can)
100 gr butter
50 gr olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder (if you like and want it)
Method of preparation:
Step 1: The first thing you have to do is to peel the potatoes. Then place them into a baking pan with oil. It is better to place them one after the other. They should not be laid. Bake them for 15 minutes.
Step 2: While the potatoes are baking you have to prepare the mixture. Grate the cheese and beat the eggs. Then mix them. The next thing you have to do is to cut the mushrooms into very small pieces.After that fry them into the frying pan with butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3:Cut the potatoes into halves,salt them and place the mushrooms onto the halves.If you like black pepper powder you can sprinkle some.
Step 4: It is high time to pour the mixture of eggs and white cheese onto the potatoes with mushrooms.If necessary add some more butter.
Step 5: Bake the dish into hot oven for 10 or 15 minutes. Then it is bette to serve the dish until it is warm.
