Free Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet for Effective Fat Loss

Add a dash of sea salt, cayenne pepper and basil leaves to flavor up the food. Finish with a topping of raw mixture of shredded carrot, shredded beet and sliced cucumber.

Your daily fiber intake should go around 30 – 35 grams inclusive of soluble and insoluble fiber. That’s the amount you should eat for your vegetarian weight loss. But if you keep a 40 – 60% of fibrous food in your main meals, you should easily obtain adequate amount. No need to count the grams.
