Most of the people do not drink enough fluids and they become dehydrated which is very dangerous for health.

The human body contains 60 to 80 percent of water and it forms a significant part of body. The human body needs enough water to maintain enough blood and other fluids to function healthily. Another study by Davy and her group published last year in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association stated that people who drank water before meals ate an average of 75 fewer calories at that meal.

2) Drinking water an hour before helps weight loss

Drinking water before meals is an easy way to suppress your appetite. Drinking a couple of glasses of water an hour before a meal is said to help you to lose weight, as it helps you control overeating.

3) Drinking water burns fat and reduces weight gaining. If you can control your appetite,

you can avoid overeating and you can lose weight easier. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will help you burn fat and lose weight.

4) Drinking water will avoid water-retention

Sufficient water consumption is necessary for your body to maintain adequate water level in the body. If you do not drink sufficient water your body will have to retain water to make up for it and this water retention can add pounds to your weight, making you appear very bloated.
