1. Carrot milkshake:

    Required Ingredients : Carrot two no.s, chilled low fat milk one cup, sugar free or any artificial sweeteners according to the taste, cashewnut pieces one table spoon.

 Method of Preparation : First cut the carrots into slices and bake it with a little water until it is smooth. Then grind the carrot with milk and sweetener . Pour it into a glass. On the top of that place the cashewnut pieces. Chill it and then serve.

2. Almond milkshake :

 Required ingredients : Almonds fifteen no.s, chilled low fat milk one cup, artificial sweetener according to the taste, a pinch of cardamom powder.

Method of Preparation : First soak ten almonds in two table spoons of milk for about two hours. The rest of the almonds should be dry roasted and cut into small pieces. Now grind the soaked almonds with milk and sugar. Pour it into a glass and add cardamom powder and mix well. On the top of that add roasted almonds as a part of garnishing and serve chilled.

3. Melon seeds milkshake :

  Required Ingredients : Melonseeds two table spoons, grated coconut one table spoon, melon pieces two table spoons,artificial sweetener according to the taste, chilled low fat milk one cup, a pinch of cardamom powder.

Method of Preparation : First soak the melon seeds with one table spoon of milk. Then grind the melon seeds along with grated coconut with little milk. Filter the mixture. Now take the liquid part , add milk and artificial sweetener. add cardamom powder and mix well. Now the milk shake is ready. Pour it into a glass and at the top of that add the melon pieces. Chill and then serve.

4. Poppy seeds milkshake:

  Required Ingredients : Poppyseeds two table spoons, grated coconut two table spoons , almonds two, cashewnut pieces one table spoon, chilled low fat milk one cup, artificial sweetener according to the taste, a pinch of cardamom powder.

  Method of Preparation : First soak poppy seeds and almonds in two table spoon of water for about one hour. Then grind it along with coconut into a fine paste. Now add milk, artificial sweetener and cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish it with cashewnut pieces and serve.

5 Ragi milkshake :

  Required Ingredients  : Ragi two tablespoons, almonds four, cashewnuts four, poppyseeds one table spoon, roasted almond pieces one table spoon, artificial sweetener according to taste.

  Method of Preparation : Soak almonds and cashew in two table spoon of milk.  Grind ragi with water. When you grind ragi it produces a kind of milk. Filter the milk.  Grind the almonds, poppy seeds and cashews with the milk of ragi. Now add chilled milk and artificial sweetener and mix well. Garnish with roasted almonds and serve. This beverage is very healthy and can be consumed by the diabetics also.
