Health benefits of orange juice

Who doesn’t love it? It’s easy to make and tastes great! And it has great health benefits too! Just one glass a day is sufficient to provide us with numerous essential minerals and vitamins that our bodies need!

1.  Source of vitamin C. You already knew that, didn’t you? Orange juices are a rich source of vitamin C.

Why do we need vitamin C? Why you ask? Simple! To fight the free radicals produced in our body! Vitamin C is an important antioxidant vitamin and breaks down the free radicals in our body. Free radicals are harmful chemicals that damage our body cells.

So this way orange juice provides us protection against:

a. Cancer
b. Improves the immune system
c. Prevents or reduces the severity of painful inflammatory conditions like:

  3. Rheumatoid arthritis

            d. Riboflavin – Has 3 A’s – Anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer.

e. Magnesium and Potassium– Decreases your blood pressure. This way orange juice keeps your heart healthy and happy! Magnesium is also necessary for bone growth and maintenance and potassium prevents muscle weakness!
