When skin becomes oily and greasy it looks and feels just disgusting. One of the best ways to get the oily greasiness away is by making and using a honey citrus facial mask for oily skin. The citrus fruit juice in the mask acts as a natural astringent for cleaning excess oil away from the skin so it helps remove oil builds up. The honey in the mask contains natural antibacterial properties to it that help kill the bacteria that cause acne.

The natural ingredients needed to make the honey citrus facial mask for oil skin are ½ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 5 drops of tea tree oil, 1 teaspoon of witch hazel, and 1 cup of English clay powder. These ingredients should be easily found at your local grocery store or healthy food store if you do not already have them on hand.

By washing and exfoliating your skin before using the mask it will actually help the mask absorb better into your skin it can work at its best with removing excess oils and dirt from your pores and skin. Next you should make sure your face is completely dried. Then you can take about 2 tablespoons of the mask and massage and layer it right onto the skin thick. Once the mask is on you can leave it on for up to 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes is up you can rinse the mask off with warm water and pat your skin dry.
