Online learning is one component of the broader category of distance education. This mode of learning generally refers to any learning, which separates the instructor of the students either, time or place. Students are able to discuss and interact with each other through discussion forums and then submit their work by email to the relevant authorities. Students in this type of training enjoy a lot of interaction with other pairs of wire web-based discussion (Fisk et al, 2009).
