You can also try consuming zinc supplements. You should take about 30 to 50 mg of zinc everyday to help stop excessive sweating. In addition, the supplement will also protect you from contracting common cold. So, ensure that you include zinc in your daily dose of vitamin supplements.

If these methods do not work, then consult a dermatologist to prescribe a medical deodorant. The regular ones are for people who sweat minimally or normally. A person sweating excessively will need a medicated strong deodorant, and hence, a visit to a dermatologist is a must.

You can try all the above methods or combine a couple. You will definitely get the desired results and you will be to stop excessive sweating within no time.
