The families in Belterra got the benefit of remaining in the district that goes to the elementary school located very close to their houses. Some people in High Pointe got shifted into the elementary school which is much further away.
This was a point of major contention which owners of Belterra were able to dodge.
Dripping Springs is experiencing major growth. It has an HEB, Home Depot, Wells Fargo, McDonald’s, Sonic and many other businesses.
It’s not a huge city yet but growth is coming out to it. It still offers plenty of land and open country but the convenience of shopping, large grocery stores, and other essentials and gadgets.
