Vegetarian Diets Reduce The Risk of Heart

  A meatless diet can reduce the risk of developing heart disease, suggests a new study by helping to decrease the likelihood of metabolic syndrome.
 Metabolic syndrome is a collection of diseases that contribute to cardiovascular disease, including diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
  Research has found that vegetarians have better blood sugar, blood fat, blood pressure, life size and body mass measurement that non-vegetarians.  A no sugar diet program is a highly effective and recommendable dietary program for those people who are suffering from diabetes. Start avoiding products that contain sugar and flour such as rice, pasta, sugar, syrups, corn flakes and other similar products. You can replace the traditional sweeter with those healthier alternatives. Instead of having refined sugar, you can replace it with honey or maple syrup that is equally sweet and delicious. You also need to back your no sugar diet program with regular exercise to help you lose your weight faster.
  In the study, were found 23 out of every 100 vegetarian to have at least three factors of metabolic syndrome, compared with 39 out of every 100 non-vegetarians and 37 out of every 100 seeds-vegetarians.For the study, published in the journal Diabetes Care, scientists analyzed the diet of three different groups of people: vegetarians, vegetarian and non-vegetarians; in total, more than 700 adults.
  The researchers used a questionnaire to obtain information about the eating habits of the participants. People were classified as vegetarian, eat meat less often than once a month; semi Vegetarian, eat meat less than once a week; and non-vegetarians. However, the term “vegetarian” is incorrectly defined; vegetarians real never eat meat.
