Hey !!! Your facial muscles need exercise. Here’s how you can do it….Don’t just feel depressed about sagging face, go ahead and read this article

Keeping the facial muscles toned will help prevent or reduce sagging. There are approximately 21 pairs of muscles in the face, these are small and superficial.

It’s a known fact that exercises help to maintain muscle tone, reduce fatigue, enhance blood flow, increase endurance, check muscle wasting, induce feel-good hormones and of course make you look great too.

Exercising your facial muscles strikes symmetry to your face and gets you looking better. Though it’s the collagen that is responsible for the wrinkles on your skin, the downward slide of the facial fat as we grow older also contributes.

Exercise 1:Sit upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and then start a chewing movement. You will feel the muscles working in your neck and throat area. Repeat this 10 times.

Exercise 2:Sit upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering your lips together like you are kissing the ceiling. Stretch your lip muscles. Keep your lips puckered for 10 counts, then relax, bring your head back to normal and repeat 5 times.

Exercise 3:Sit upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Open your lips and stick your tongue out as if you were trying to touch your chin with the tips of your tongue. Keep your tongue out in this position for 10 counts, and return your tongue and head to its normal position.

Exercise 4:Sit upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Next move your lower lip over the upper lip as far as possible and keep it there for a count of 5. Relax and repeat 5 times.

Exercise 5:Sit upright and face forward. Keep your lips together, separate your teeth by dropping your jaw and then push your jaw forward, keep a count of 10, bring back to starting position and repeat 5 times.

Now fill your mind with happy thoughts and get rid of negative thoughts. Feel and think good !!!!
