Of course breastfeeding isn’t right for everyone, so don’t beat yourself up if you fall into that category. However, you do owe it to your baby as well as your body to at least consider all the benefits before opting out. It is also important to remember that breastfeeding is no miracle, while it helps with fat loss considerably, do keep in mind that it works better with some sort of exercise.
