The Death of Bin Laden, But Not His Legacy!

Horray! Osama Bin Laden is dead.

Am i jumping up and down? No.

I am a white, causasian britain with Brizialn heritage,  and proud of it. Osama bin Laden was nothing more than a terrorist who mastermind 3000 deaths at 9/11, and plenty more besides. But in the 10 years since we went on the offensive, times have changed, and others have since taken his poster boy role.

Don’t get me wrong, I ain’t a rolling white wall. I got two Muslim friends, Majid, a Pakistani, and Khalid, a Yemeni who teaches English in Saudi Arabia. We meet when we can, and last Month took a stroll in Edgeware road – I was amazed at the scale of the Islamists in this stretch of road. i must have been the onely white bloke there. But leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone, unless you’ve got money, in which case profesional female beggers in viels will push prams up to you and hold out their hands. I didn’t understand but it was Khalid who told me what they were up to. Even Majid, who lives in Watford, can feel the tension as he siust on the fence. Adopting western dress, and with a crystal voice, and giving his prayers, he knows when veiled females look at his in anger for not following Islamic dress. This country has given so much freedom; can’t any of us know when to stop asking for more?

A new face has appeared in Yeman, conducting sermons for violent jihad, but is now in hiding!. American Yemani,  Anwar al-Awlaki, is thought to be behind the latest Printer bomb, the Underpants bomb, the Fort Hood base incident and spiritual advisor in 9/11. The double standers tosser spoke of not being tempted and wants wester women covered up, yet is known to be a regular customer of prostitutes!

This is the key battlefield, in a war where it is portrayed that the West hates all Muslims. That is NOT true! Speaking on Yeman,  Yemenis are driven for peace. Doncaster has a large majority of Yemeni immigrants.  I got two Muslim friends, Majid, a Pakistani, and Khalid, a Yemeni who teaches English in Saudi Arabia. We meet when we can, and last Month took a stroll in Edgeware road – I was amazed at the scale of the Islamists in this stretch of road. But they live in peace, and are happy nestled among Christians. And arn’t we forgeting the minority of coptic Christians in Egypt?

And, unfortunatly for Al qaida, their momentum is undemined by the Islamic Spring, that has swept through Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Syria and now Yeman. It is the will of the people that has freed them from corrupt dictatorships, not Islamic jihad and terrorist bombs! There appears no need or want for AQ.I do believe this war is winnable; Yemenis especially are driven for peace. Doncaster has a large majority of Yemeni immigrants, and one of my best friends from Uni is a Yemani; which I only found out last month! Khalid, if your reading this, were missing you!

In the end, Osama Bin Laden’s legacy was not Freedom for Islam, but a fear of it! And his fear; of being locked and rotting in a cell and paraded in court – reseulting in him taking a bullet in his head whilst hiding behind a female. Trully, a cowards way out!
