Do You Think Spring Cleaning Is A Health Hazard

There is something about spring which brings out the goodness in people. It is a pleasant and happy time with great events which contributes to the way we celebrate the spring time. There are a number of ways to do it and how do we do it? We start by spring cleaning when no job is left undone and every small part of the house is cleaned up from the top to the bottom. There isn’t a cobweb which is left unnoticed or a dirt mark which is ignored on the bath. 

Keep in mind that spring cleaning can become a health hazard if you try to do too much at the same time. It can also be advantageous if you can consider it to be a form of an exercise routine. In fact you may even enjoy it so much that you do it on a more regular basis to help you maintain your body as well as a spotless home. 

It is quite time consuming to do spring cleaning and the best way to go about it is to make a proper time schedule the entire job you have to accomplish beforehand. If you don’t rush with the job spring cleaning can get very rewarding and fulfilling. In case there are some parts of the house which require more time then you can focus all your energy in that part. You can start with the heavy work and get it out of the way so that you don’t have to do them when you are tired of doing other tasks. 

In fact a well made checklist is the only thing you require to fight the battle against grime and dirt. The other support is bleach, duster, disinfectant and some elbow grease and you will be on your way to winning the war. Try to pick a day when there is the least chance of having visitors and if you have kids you can request the grandparents to do babysitting. Older kids can be sent out for playing or to a cinema in the neighborhood. You can start with one room at one time and don’t start more at the same time as you may just not be able to manage it. 

It is a good idea to open all the windows in the house to allow some fresh air inside. Put on your favorite music in the background and if you like you can sing along loudly t feel good about doing the spring cleaning job. At the end of the day you can run a hot bath, fill it with bubbles and just relax.  You can ask for a take away meal so that you don’t have to cook and clean.
