Introduction:

Orange fruit is a hesperidium.  It is a round, soft, juicy and fleshy citrus fruit and has seeds.  It is one of the most popular fruits in the world.  Oranges are grown in abundance in tropical and subtropical climates.  Brazil is the largest orange growing country in the world.  This sweet fruit can either be eaten after peeling or processed to extract juice.  Its finely textured peel is used to cook various delicacies in many countries.  Oranges make perfect snacks.  

Orange health benefits:

Oranges are rich in essential nutrients like Vitamins C, B1 and A.  They also contain dietary fiber, folate, calcium and potassium.  There are many health benefits of this wonderful fruit.  Here are some:
