If you want to achieve greater success in life, you must understand the source of your emotions and the goal of your imagination. Only you know the answer to this question.
From now on, try to determine the cause of each of your thoughts and each of your emotions. Do not allow yourself to think about anything until you determine for yourself, with all sincerity, what is real and what is the imagination?
Focus on objective facts, and make your decisions based on them.

First, realize and believe that whatever you believe in will happen. It is very simple. You will get exactly what you expect. The words that you say and think will determine what happens to you. For example, if you believe that you will get a raise at work, you will get it. If you think that you will argue with your family, you definitely will. If you think your loving wife and children are waiting at home for you, then so be it.
If you are expecting only good things, then only good things will happen to you. But if you think that the entire world is against you, then it is. Immediately focus on good thoughts. Positive thoughts lead to positive experiences. It is most important that you believe that only good things will happen to you. Think positive!
Many people believe that before they get good things, they must first experience bad things
This is not true. This is self-deception!
We were raised with the belief that life is difficult and there is no easy way, that we must fight and sacrifice something to achieve happiness. But happiness is simply a matter of choice.
You either choose to be happy or choose to be unhappy. So make a conscious decision now TO BE HAPPY.
Make a habit of thinking happy thoughts. Make a habit also of thinking about positive results, and sooner or later, you will start to believe in those positive results. Get started now.
Make yourself a promise. Promise yourself that you’ll get rid of any negative feelings because negativity can overcome you.
You have the power to choose your moods and to choose the emotions you want to experience in each situation.
Surely you’ve met people who respond to the question, “How are you?” with “Don’t ask,” “I’m constantly sick,” “I have no money,” “I don’t know how to live,” “My wife constantly shouts” and so forth. In other words, these people either need to shoot themselves or change their thinking. Their comments either distress you or cause you to feel a deep joy that you do not share in their misery because you know how to choose your mood and you know that you will get what you want out of life.
We are accustomed to people telling about bad events. We hear bad news every day. But when people talk about all the negative things that have ever happened to them, they create negative conditions in their lives, because they come to believe that life is primarily negative.
On the other hand, you can be the exact opposite of those people. You can talk about all the wonderful events that have happened to you. When you act this way, something wonderful happens. You start to believe that life is wonderful. Faith is a powerful force.
Today unfolds before us as we thought yesterday, and tomorrow will unfold as we think today.
In this world, you are in control of your life. You are like a king governing his kingdom.
You can turn negative thoughts and situations into positive ones, if you wish to do so.
For example, you plan something for a month and yet for some reason, it did not turn out the way you planned it to be. You would probably be disappointed and frustrated that you spent so much time planning and then nothing happened the way it should be. However, it is not worth it to dwell on these feelings.
You must first realize that even if you are in control of your life, you sometimes just cannot keep everything under control. Do not dwell on the disappointment and frustration. Just let it be and if possible, become physically detached from this situation and condition. It will just bring you down.
Look at it in a new light. Set up a new goal. Decide to be happy and set new objectives, new goals. Reward yourself for achieving those goals. This will empower you further, giving you more energy, strength and knowledge to continue on reaching other goals. In addition, having a sense of achievement can bring you much more satisfaction than you ever thought possible.
Treat any previous negative experience as a stepping stone, a good learning experience.
The way to success is filled with a lot of ups and downs. It is the journey to keep on getting up and moving that gets you nearer your goal. But in failure, a word that is synonymous to losers, just give up.
Winners see failure as just one more step to success
You should not only condition yourself to being optimistic in your thinking. You must also define your goals, and make in concrete, and not just retaining it in the mind. You also have to write them down to visualize it.
With any goal: first you must think, then talk about it and then write it. Visualizing your goal, writing it down, and discussing it increase the possibility of success.
Training the brain requires constant practice. Learn and start meditates. You do not need to make full meditation like yoga people. But you need train your brain for positive thinking for every day of your life. In which area of your life you would like to succeed? In relationship with your spouse or children, better position at your current job or build a business, fix your financial situation.
