If this is the case it obviously makes it difficult to lose weight. One of the best ways to lose weight at first is to find a fun activity that also burns calories. If you have access to a bike you can go bike riding. If you have access to a swimming pool you can swim. If you live in an outdoor themed area you can go hiking. This sure beats running on a treadmill. However, if you’re motivated to start off on a treadmill or another cardio machine then that is great because you’re not always able to do outdoor activities especially when the weather is bad.

The last tip is to find a partner that you can team up with to make your fitness journey easier. Everything in life is easier if you’re held accountable. This is why people that work out together are more likely to succeed. Let’s face it, most days you’re exhausted and the last thing you want to do is head to a gym and workout. It’s also a lot more convenient to go buy fast food than prepare something that is healthy. By getting someone that shares a common goal of becoming healthy you’ll get the body you’ve always wanted for this summer.
