Boswellia, also known as Frankincense, is noted for its anti-inflammatory properties. Since the liver is our primary detoxifying organ, its protection is essential in body cleansing. Milk thistle is available as a seed, a ground powder and in capsule form.

Bupleurum root is found to have qualities which can halt and begin the reversal of liver damage. Those who consume a lot of alcohol and are cleansing from its negative toxic effects would benefit especially from this herb. This root is available for purchase as a ground powder or as dried root slices.
