Part 2 of my own New Year’s Resolution. You can find the first part of the resolutions in my first article – here.
On to the next resolution….
8- START CHRISTMAS SHOPPING EARLY
This year I want to start collecting gifts as early as I can and put them away every month. So, by the end of the year, I would have already collected gifts that I can give for Christmas.
9- LEARN TO DANCE – BALLROOM OR BELLY
As part of getting healthy, I’d love to take up dancing lessons.
10- WRITE/MAKE A BOOK
This seems like a really big one but, I’d like to make a book that has something to do with crafts. It can be a tutorial type or just a book of photographs.
11- READ MORE BOOKS
I want to keep my mind sharp and creative. I can do this by keeping up my reading.
12- MAKE A “TRIED AND TRUE” RECIPE BOX
I want to document all the recipes I have into a recipe box or notebook where it can be something I can hand down to my children in the future.
13- CROCHET A FULL SIZED, HEIRLOOM WORTHY THROW
I have recently picked up a new craft..and that is crocheting. I’d love to crochet a full afghan throw…perhaps with granny squares.
14- MAKE A LARGE TSHIRT RUG OR BAG FROM TSHIRT YARN CROCHET
I love recycling materials for craft and I saw a wonderful project using yarn made from old tshirts. This is my goal for the year.
15 – PRAY MORE
I often neglect my daily prayers once things get busy. This year, I vow to keep God as a top priority.
16 – LEARN/UNDERSTAND CHABACANO
I’ve been married to my husband for 7 years now and I think its about time I learn his dialect.
17 – SAVE MORE
I want to put away at least P20 a day to start. It doesn’t seem like much but, by the end of the year, that’s an extra 7300!
That’s what I have so far but I plan to continuously add and update to this list. Have you made yours????
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
