Are you throwing a party this Valentine’s Day? If so, you may be trying to figure out what kind of food to serve. It is easy to come up with Valentine’s Day party food. The majority of the food served goes great with any party. This includes your Valentine’s Day party! You can serve sandwiches, hot dogs, candy, fruit punch, cookies, and more! Serve some of the food and treats in a heart-shaped or a Valentine’s Day theme, and it will be just perfect for your party! Some of the food and treats you will have to cook on your own, and others you can serve as is.

You should try to plan out the food you want to serve at your party in advance. If you figure out the food in advance, you will know what to get when the time comes to go shopping. This could help to reduce the time spent shopping for party food. The less time you spend shopping, the more time you will have to enjoy the party!

Here are a few ideas for the Valentine’s Day party food you can serve!

Main Food.
Here is a fun idea involving heart-shaped cookie cutters. Make a few different sandwiches and then cut them with the cookie cutters. You will have heart-shaped sandwiches! A few sides can include fruit salad and a vegetable tray. They are delicious and healthy! You can also cook the traditional party food: hot dogs and hamburgers!

Snacks and Treats.
When serving snacks and treats, you may decide on some Valentine’s Day candy. This can include Hershey Kisses, Hershey Hugs, and Sweethearts! You can serve them in a candy bowl or two (depending if you want to keep any candy separate)! You can also serve pretzels, chips, and dip!

There are not really any specific drinks to serve for a Valentine’s Day party. But you can serve anything that you would serve at a regular party. Try to include a variety of drinks for everyone. You can serve fruit punch, juice, soda, iced tea, and water.

If you are looking to serve some kind of dessert at your party, there are a few choices that will fit the Valentine’s Day theme! You can bake or buy heart-shaped cookies and Valentine’s Day cupcakes. Why not make an entire cake? You can decorate with heart and cupid toppers and write “Happy Valentine’s Day” on it in red or pink lettering!

When you decide what kind of Valentine’s Day party food you want to serve, write out a shopping list of everything you will need. This should include any ingredients and condiments needed for cooking and serving your food. Writing out a shopping list will help you to remember everything you want to buy for your party.

There are plenty of stores to check for the food and drinks you need for your party. Of course you will want to check grocery stores, such as Safeway, Shoppers, and Giant. Other stores can include Wal-Mart, Target, and Kmart. If you are a member of Sam’s Club or BJ’s Wholesale Club, then those stores will be a big help if you need to stock up on party food and items.

Have fun at throwing your party and celebrating with your loved ones! Everyone will love the Valentine’s Day party food you serve! Happy Valentine’s Day!
