The first picture that comes to one’s mind about spain is the famous bull fights unique to this cultural capital of Europe. With an area of 504750 Sq. K.M. and around 40 million population this small country of Europe is visited by more than its population ie 45 million tourists per year that speaks volumes about the ecstasic beauty and nature of this piece of land.

Alicante the second largest city of Valecian community is famous for the moorish castle “Castillo de Santa Barabara”. It is one of the oldest citiies of Spain dating back to the period of Romans with a history of more than 2000years. The city originally called ‘Lucentum’ means City of light lies in the eastern coast of the country.

More than its luring beaches this historical town delights the traveler by many a church , fortress and palatial homes of 18th Century. The city is known for its beautiful beaches the best of them San Juan just a few minutes drive from the city centre.

A visit to alicante is not complete with a trip to its neighbourhood towns and villages known for its market yards and magnificient beaches to keep away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Moraira , and Round the bay are beaches and ,Calpe Alte and Javea are the other spots worth visiting. Calpe beach and surroundings offers you plenty of Sea food Restaurants. Alicante is also famous for the Jalon Valley the place of almond ,lemon and orange groves and of course the Cascada de El Algar waterfalls

Alicante is well connected by international and domestic flights to various spanish and european cities. For the nature engrossed traveller there are train services. Hiring of Cars  is a usual sight as many tourists prefer to drive themselves enjoying the nature and scenery as the roads are safe and plesant.
