     Menopause is a period when a woman, often after age 45 goes through both physical and psychological changes. Menopause happens, when there is a loss of ovarian activity and decline in production of hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Most common symptoms of menopause are hot flashes, described by many as a wavelike intense sensation over the body. These uncomfortable sensations can be now solved with a natural remedy.

     Menopause brings along a staggering sense of confusion as the body tries to come to terms with the onslaught of hormonal changes. Not very different from puberty, while some women sail past the stage others have to face serious and of exasperating symptoms associated with menopause.
