This is no joke, physical exercise has so many benefits that includes being one of the greatest weapons for helping you kick the habit of smoking – but basically for the most part people are simply too slothful to want to enrich their healthiness and so mostly ignore exercise completely.
It really only takes the simple act of thinking back to the time when you were much healthier and did heaps of exercise. You were probably tremendously active with one type of sport or other, likely even more than one sport and throughout that period you in no way even considered that you might ‘need’ cigarettes and tobacco.
And why? Because of your strong but healthy exercise-generated endorphin need!
We end up addicted to smoking since we are in truth addicted to nicotine which in turn releases endorphins in our brain and gives us a ‘high’.
This means that being nothing but human, the high makes us automatically respond by craving to maintain the feeling – it’s a rush. This basically means that we have to smoke more and more to keep the nicotine in our body, because nicotine in fact stays in our body for merely a very short time.
And now having said that, a smoking addiction is a totally health-destroying thing while being addicted to exercise is a first-rate thing – this analogy doesn’t include extremes of course. Even exercise if taken to extremes will not be favorable to your sound health!
There’s always been and will always be plenty of folks doing just this – a lot of first-rate sweat-inducing heart-rate-hiking exercise that produces the obligatory endorphins otherwise produced by smoking and so they’re simply not as susceptible to the nicotine induced type of endorphins.
So it’s simple, if you substitute your destructive, stinky smoking addiction with an exercise dependency – you’re sorted!
If the very beneficial exercise routine you use at least lessens your nicotine craving then you won’t want to fall for the temptations to be had by tobacco and to top it off, your body will turn out to be leaner, additionally toned and in the main healthier, which will furthermore improve the health of your mind.
Be aware though that after all is said and done, exercise alone isn’t going to fully exorcise the dependency problems you suffer, there’s bound to be times of temptation – but at least you’re dulling the cravings and doing something constructive about quitting for good.
In summary; a good healthy exercise routine is without doubt, very beneficial for achieving the final goal of quitting smoking and even though you’re bound to find it a little tough at first, being able to kick the habit is much easier than you think – YOU ONLY HAVE TO WANT TO!
Quitting smoking naturally, speedily, and permanently isn’t and has never been about overly complicated systems and/or poisonous pills and patches – it’s all about simplicity, a little bit of will-power and some genuine tried and tested tobacco-quitting knowledge.
