Delicious pasta with bacon and vegetables is a recipe which could be prepared by everybody.
The recipe serves 2. Easy for preparation. The time for preparing it is only 30-40 minutes. Suitable for everyday use.
400 gr pasta
150 gr onion
100 gr butter
250 gr bacon
300gr yellow cheese
500gr vegetable mix
(the mix can include the following: carrots,peas,broccoli,mushrooms,paprika,maize,)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder (if you wish and like)
Method of preparation:
The first thing you have to do is to boil the pasta in 3 l boiling water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare other ingredients: Wash them and cut them into small pieces. Wash and peel the onion,too. Then chop it finely. In a deep frying pan you have to place the butter and then add the onion. Five minutes after the onion you can add the vegetable mix and the bacon.Add some water if you think that it is necessary. Please, do not forget to salt to taste. If you want you can also add some black pepper powder. Stew until mild. When the vegetable mix is ready you should add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. In the end sprinkle the grated yellow cheese. Place the dish into beautiful plates and decorate with parsley and slices of tomato. Enjoy this delicious dish!
