Duck fillet with mushrooms

The recipe serves 4.It is easy for preparation. The dish is very delicious.


1kg duck fillet

4 red paprika

2 green paprika

800 gr mushrooms

2 yolks

1 onion finely chopped

1 table spoon cognac

500 ml cream

2 table spoons oil (it is better to use olive oil)

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste

For decoration:slices of tomatoes

Method of preparation:

Prepare the duck fillet with salt and black pepper powder,oil it and fry it into a frying pan full with finely chopped onion, for not more than 5 minutes each side of the fillets. Then slice it into pieces 1 sm thick. Then leave it and prepare the other products.Wash the paprika and the mushrooms. Clean the paprika. After that chop the mushrooms and paprika finely. Place the mushrooms and the paprika into the frying pan where you had fried the duck fillets.Add some water and stew the ingredients for 5-6 minutes. Beat the yolks and add the cognac to them. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Then add the cream. Your sauce is ready. Now it is high time to place the duck fillets into a beautiful dish.Pour the sauce onto the fillets and decorate with slices of tomatoes. If you wish you can make roses from the tomato slices. Enjoy the dish!
