How to Make Crunchy Cheese Crisps: A Recipe

Ingredients and items needed:

½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese

Parchment paper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

Non stick spray

2 baking sheet



These crunchy cheese crisps are wonderful and they melt in your mouth and are great for appetizers or originals snacks for parties. It only takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and cook and another ten to fifteen to let them cool. The following recipe makes for 12 servings:

Heat the oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit 

Spray the 2 baking sheet with the non stick spray and lay a sheet of parchment paper on top on each baking sheet

In a bowl place the cheese, cayenne pepper, cilantro and onion and mix

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mix in mounds on the baking sheet two inches apart from each other (about twelve)

Take a spoon and press each little mound with the back of it

Place the baking sheet pan in the middle rack of the oven and cook for four minutes, then remove the pan and let it cool for five minutes

With caution transfer the cheese crisps to wire rack so they get crunchy for about nine minutes
