Seriously we rush through life, stress although it can be a positive motivating force, which helps us excel, in many ways…

But at its worst, stress can kill, lead to tension headaches and even insomnia.

Stress has been linked to many health problems or disorders such as and including death, heart and lung problems, accidents and even suicide.

Stress can be caused by many things, life changes, death in the family, changing jobs, or residences, but actually stress is caused by life, events, negative reactions, every day stress on the job, family, etc.  Although external life stresses factors are only part of the problem that we need to look at.

Actually all that read this have dealt with the conditions  Of such, at work, unemployment, normal everyday things, like the car breaking down, being on hold, co-workers not pulling their weight, spouses and home life.

But it is how we deal with stress that is the key factor her, putting forth coping skills, which you didn’t know you had.

Handling stress, each of us handle it differently, one person can stand in the line at Wal-Mart and be happy thumbing through the magazines, on the shelf, the person behind you can’t wait, and checks the time constantly, tapped their foot.  So the negative reaction of stress takes a toll on your mind and body.

Seriously avoiding stress can’t be avoided…by most can learn to deal with it, learning is the hardest…Step

When you get home, yes there are things that need done, the wash, making dinner. But why not order out, pick it up on the way home, and do an extra load of laundry tomorrow.  Find the easy chair, recliner, or couch…spend time with your family, watch a movie, take an evening nap, hug your children, pet your dog, or cat…

In this world of rush meets rush, it is important to find personal time to relax, whether it is a hobby or your family that is so important not to forget, maybe a mini vacation, a day or weekend in the country, finding things that lighten the everyday life load of daily routines…

But for now my friends, find that easy chair, and take it easy…
