How to Prepare Vegetable Pulao

Requirements :-

Rice – 3 Cups
Onion – 2 Nos ( Finely Chopped )
Tomatoes – 1 Nos ( finely Chopped )
Carrot – 2 Nos ( Finely Chopped )
Green Peas – 100 grams ( Pealed ) ( Instead of this you can also use Frozen Vegetable to make things easier )
Maggi Cube – 1 No
Cloves – 4 Nos
Cardamom – 2 Sticks 
Cooking Oil – 50ml
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoon.

Preparation : –
In a utensil put some Oil and then put the onions. Fry the Onions till they are brown in Colour. Then Put the Ginger Garlic paste, then put the Tomatoes, Cloves, Cardamom, Mixed Vegetable. 

In a Seperate Utensil boil exactly 6 Cups of water. Please use the same Cup that you have used to measure the 3 cups of Rice. Note that if you use less water then the rice will be a slightly stiff or very soft. Boil the water for around 5 Minutes.

Meanwhile in the Main utensil where you are preparing all the vegetable put the 3 cups of rice and mix it well with the veg. Then put the Boiling water in the Rice utensil and cook till the rice is ready ( approximate it should take 10 Minutes for Cooking ) add salt to taste.

Try putting Haldi ( Turmuric Powder ) for colour. Avoid using artifical colour they say it is bad for Health.

Tips : If you are trying this for the first time then try using a non-stick utensil as there are chances the rice can be too sticky.
