How to Make a Strawberry Salad For a Work Lunch

Ingredients and items needed:

2 cups of prepared rotisserie chicken

¼ cup of pomegranate vinaigrette

4 cups of sliced strawberries

4 slices of red onion

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of chopped cucumbers

½ cup of sliced almonds

1 to 2 cups of spring mix greens

2 or 3 Tupperware’s

Plastic wrap

This is a filling salad which is great to start having after the holidays to give your body nutrition and at the same time to detox with these healthy ingredients which are not boring. It is a very simple salad to make and it only takes twenty minutes to prepare, plus it is a great lunch to bring to work and that it does not weigh you down.

The total calories of this salad are about 310 and it has 10 grams of fat, and you can adjust the ingredients accordingly if you want more or less.

Take a dinner plate and layer the chicken, the pomegranate vinaigrette, and the strawberries, the slices of red onions, the celery, the chopped cucumbers and the spring mix greens and mix well

Then just cover the plate in a plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to serve it

And for the one that you bring to work, just place it evenly in the Tupperware and place them in the refrigerate until it is your lunch time
