Lemon or lime juice
A mixture of lemon juice and salt or baking soda can be used as a paste to brush your teeth, do this for several minutes. But, because lemon juice contains citric acid which can cause damage of your tooth enamel, remember always rinse and brush your teeth properly after using the mixture on your teeth.

Strawberries
Strawberries contain malic acid, which acts as a natural substance that would erode and remove stains on the tooth surface. A mixture of strawberries and a half teaspoon of baking soda can be used as a tooth whitener. Apply the mixture to the tooth surface for 5 minutes to satisfactory results, but remember to not use this method in a long time because the acid can make damage to the tooth enamel.

Apples
How can apples help whiten your teeth ?
First, if you eat an apple, the process of chewing the apple is hard and crunchy which can fade dental plaque. As the result, the color of your teeth will be whiter. In addition, chewing also stimulates saliva production which can naturally fight bacteria in the mouth that change the color of teeth.
Second, the apple contains malic acid, similar as strawberry, this acts as a natural substance that would erode and remove stains on tooth surfaces.

Carrots
You can use the carrots as a natural tooth whitener. Similar as apples, carrots are the foods that can fade the hard dental plaque during the process of chewing.
