Carp Fish Filled

This dish is very delicious. It serves 4. The time for its preparation is about an hour and 20 minutes.The dish is good for every day use and for special occasions,too.


carp about 2 kg

150 gr bacon

200 gr olive oil

500 gr onion

 250 gr mushrooms

3 tomatoes or 100 gr ketchup

1 lemon

100 gr walnuts finely chopped in advance

a bunch of parsley

black pepper powder

salt to taste

Method of prepration:

First you have to clean and wash the fish. Then peel and wash the onion. After that chop it finelly and put it into a frying pan with 100 gr olive oil. While frying the onion, you can wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Add them to the onion and continue cooking. Wash the tomatoes and peel them (if you use tomatoes for this recipe). Cut the tomatoes in small parts  and add them to the mixture of onion or add the ketchup and mushrooms. It is high time to salt to taste. The next thing you have to do is to add the chopped bacon,the finely chopped walnuts and the peeled and finelly chopped lemon. Wash and chop the parsley, too. Now you have to fill the capr with the mixture and the parsley but before doing this you can sprinkle black pepper powder and stir well. Place the fish into a baking pan full with 100 gr olive oil and some water. Time for  baking it is about an hour. If it is neccessary you can add some water from time to time. Enjoy the fish with a bottle of red wine or beer!
