The Droid Incredible was released last April 29, 2010, and is available and located through Verizon Wireless only.

             The Droid Incredible was released running with Android 2.1 software, change and modified with HTC Sense, an overlay user interface for Android OS. Following the announcement of Android 2.2 , HTC did not comment on whether the new product Incredible would receive 2.2 or when, although they did state that all equipped devices would be updated by the end of 2010, and an update to the following software version of Android, codenamed Gingerbread, it would depend on the launch of it by Google. The phone updates would come in the form of an over the air update.

              The DroidIncredible can support tethering by Verizon with VZAccess Manager. Other ways of tethering may also be possible. Droid Incredible shares the audio video output with micro USB output, providing the facility to see the video browser on TV/Projector via an extra composite cable accessory. The HTC Droid Incredible is very fast, thanks to Verizon’s 3G network. HTC Sense improvement the features of Android 2.1, and the smartphone features an 8-megapixel still camera and internal memory of 8GB. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS are all onboard.

            With its polished engineered and design and user interface and blazing fast speeds, the HTC Droid Incredible takes pole position as Verizon’s top smartphone and is now  Android device to beat. Android Central says that the unit Droid Incredible HD is supported with Android 2.2, the latest version of HTC. This makes the DroidIncredible one of the top competitors when it comes to mobile phones or Smartphones.
