#1 – Burpees – Burpees are my favourite exercise as they do a wohle body workout and are very hard to do in large numbers.
For example, try 100 burpees, in as little amount of time as you can and post up in comments your time. (realistic, not like 10 seconds 🙂
#2 – Pushups – I love pushups as there is so much variety available to do with push ups. You can place your feet on a sofa and do decline ones, or place your hands on your sofa and do incline ones. The decline ones are harder.
Try this out, 20 push ups, 30 Incline, 40 decline, in a little amount of sets as you can.
#3 – Squat Jumps – Squat jumps, deep squat and then explode up, this is a very difficult exercise to in a leg circut as it just saps all the energy out of me. Try to complete 30 squats jumps then 20 then 10 with 10 seconds rest in between.
#4 – Lunges – Body lunges, excellent exercise to do in a workout. You can even hold weights whilst doing it to this exercise to increase the intensity. I usually do this supersetted with squat jumps.
#5 – Pullups – These are my favourite exercise to do, they are all upper body and the only reason there not my number 1 is because there only upper body, and for groundwork, the burpees are whole body workouts and therefore are my number one.
However, try this, 10 pullups, 10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 lunges, 10 squat jumps then 1 minute rest.
Do that circut 4 – 8 times.
