How Much For an Ipad, Really?

Itching for one? Well, apparently this article will not only tell you actually how much it will cost to get one and be with the iPad crowd, but provide the cost for having one at a different perspective.

Sure, the best things like the iPad do cost – and I mean cost a lot. Numbers seem like a figure though but it would not hurt if I made some wacky comparisons I just recently discovered. But anyway, I’m not here to say that I don’t like the iPad. If you really want to know, continue reading.

Wifi Only

·         16 GB – $499

For $499 you can already buy a 185 lb (84 kg) burger. This burger currently holds the Guiness World records biggest burger.

·         32 GB – $599

For IT professionals, you can get a free Microsoft Technet Plus Subscription worth $599. It’s a sweet deal since you will also get to spend your $599 for an iPad.

·         64 GB – $699

For $699 you can avail of Jet Blue’s All You Can Jet. This gives you a month’s worth of flights each day. The only downside is they have discontinued this promo. However, it would be worth     the wait should they decide to offer it again.

Wifi + 3G

·         16 GB – $629

If you multiple this figure around 1,000,000,000 times you will get the amount the value of gulf seafood in 2009 before the recent oil spill.

·         16 GB – $729

For $729.99 you can get a Nikon D60 10.2MP Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S   DX VR Lens. So before thinking of getting an iPad, maybe it would be worth it to pay the local    photography store a visit. Just find a friend who is willing to lend you the extra $0.99.

·         16 GB – $829

Just so you may know, if you multiply this number by 1,000,000,000 this figure would mean the                 estimate the purportedly health care proposal would cost for the next 10 years.

There really is a lot going on the iPad, some even claim it is worth the hype, some say the opposite is true. Even some claim that a $499 iPad actually cost $300 to make. But seriously, it is you money so you really have a say on what you should do with it. And to wrap this up, I am going to ask you this question: So next time when you go buy your iPad, what would it be worth to you and why?
