Improve Self Confidence

I myself have changed my whole life with the information below I will share with you. I hope that is beneficial to you. 

I am Stephen Hill from Birmingham in England. I was always a person who had a lot of trust issues that I grew up a child until adulthood. I feel very sad for me and often down and depressed. The problems I had in my life were: 

A bald spot the size of a ten pence piece on the head 

A problem with my speech known as a stutter 

A weight problem was too fat for my height 

I’m pretty short for a man five feet four

Some people take the mickey of me, and his comments would hurt. I always make sure I did not see my anger, but inside I was crying. 

These people were making my life a misery and by the age of twenty years he had had enough. I decided I needed a big change in attitude and began to read books on life and positive thinking, etc. 

These were the things that had to take into account: 

It is not important what others think of you is what you think that what counts 

You need to start itself as 

There are several things about yourself, you do not like but can not be changed. Therefore, they must begin to accept these things and realize that maybe there are other people in life that are more unfortunate than you. 

You have to have respect for yourself 

Do not accept second best in life 

Be happy 

Learn to relax 

Enjoy some pleasures. Like a regular massage or reflexology 

The above tips helped me be more positive and happier in life.
