Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day

Human body needs sufficient vitamins and minerals. Vegetables and fruits are the best sources of natural health antioxidants that can prevent a heart attack, cancer, and also important for digestion.

Actively engaged at least 30 minutes every day

Body needs to move on, in this case to exercise. With exercise at least 30 minutes a day, blood circulation will flow smoothly, and your body become flexible. This supports your natural healthy life.

Drink at least 8 glasses per day

Be happy
