I do not know why you feel the need to be so rude to me. I have been nothing but professional with you at all times. The refund you are requesting does not come from myself or from Victoria. When you cancelled the iOffice you should have requested that they refund your $19.95 since it was within the first 30 days.

 

As far as the other information I shared with you, I was only trying to ensure that you knew that everything, inclucing the first pack that you received,  had to be returned in order to receive your full refund

PS. Readers, this is a reply from a business who have yet return my funds. I didn’t use physical voilence, I didn’t email any profanity. I just convey that I want my hard earn funds back. Where is the rudeness in that???? Now, I am suppose to believe that I must ask iOffice for the refund. When I inquire about Pam and Victoria from iOffice: The company stated they never heard of these two people. Be careful, extremely careful dealing with Herbalife.com representives who claim to be honest. I just desire to warn the public.
