In an ideal workplace, manager’s job is so demanding that virtually all the work cannot be carried through by one person. This calls for some of the work to be relegated to other workers in an organization. It’s important to note that delegation should be systematic and coordinated so that the right employees are allocated the appropriate tasks. Delegation is a way of testing the workers ability to attend to challenging tasks and duties. It’s also used to prepare employees to senior positions.
