In this exercise you need to lower yourself onto all fours and put your hands right under your shoulders. Then, pull your abs in and make sure that your spine and neck are in a straight line. Take a breath in through your nose while keeping your back straight and then breathe back out while pulling your belly button in while trying to keep your spine still. Do this twelve times and then do three sets of twelve to really work out your abs and your core. While on your hands and knees with your wrists under your shoulders you can get a workout that will help. Now, slowly lower yourself until your forearms are flat on the surface below. Now that your forearms are on the floor straighten your legs so that the body will make a straight line. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out as you squeeze your abs and hold the position. The next stage of this exercise is a pushup type movement. Do three sets of these exercises. You’ll look better have a stronger core and better posture.
Lunges: lunges are great calorie burners because they work all of your leg muscles. Not only do these lunges help you lose pounds, they build your muscles which helps you burn calories, even while you are resting. To do a proper lunge, stand with your feet hip-width apart, put your hands on your hips and bring your abs in. Move your left foot forward until you knee is bent at a ninety degree angles. With your right leg still straight, lower your body until that knee almost touches the floor. Slowly come back up and repeat with the other leg. Repeat this five times on each side for a fantastic workout. Watching your diet closely and keeping up with these routines for three or more days per week will help you see the weight fall off quicker than you ever thought possible.
