Stargate Sg-1: Unending

If I could do a review for Stargate SG-1: Unending in the most concise terms, I’d say simply that this episode, the last of the series, was horrid, disgusting, revolting, distasteful, a slap in the face to real fans, regurgitating, garbage, a waste of time, and a slew of profanities that I would never actually say or write.

I’ve watched this show once on the internet because it hadn’t aired in America yet and then when it did show up on TV.  I will never, let me repeat, never watch it again.  I hate it for numerous reasons.

First up: Vala Mal Doran.  Claudia Black once said that she hoped her being on SG-1 didn’t cancel it. It did, but not because of Black per se, but because of this trashy character who shows in Unending just how unfeeling she really is.

Secondly, Robert C. Cooper said he doesn’t really care what fans think.  That’s obvious, or this show that is such an afront to loyal followers from season one would never have been filmed, let alone contemplated.

Thirdly, the plot is crap.  The relationships are crap.  The entire show is, yes, crap.  The bits with Daniel and Vala are the most insulting scenes ever produced in this series.

Finally, the Asgard.  What a horrid thing to do to them.  I reject it, and I reject this episode.
