Dear Mrs. Saxton, I already informed Herbalife of the situation. I desire my $19.95 refund since I am no longer using that site. I have not send back your product bag yet. As soon as , receive my refund of $19,95 I will post mail your product back to you. Please, be honorable and give me my refund please. I also left a message on your phone. I do not have any desire to turn this into a legal matter. I just want what is rightfully mine. Happy holidays to you and your family. I already canceled my order as per vicki instructions(My iOffice). I already said I will post mail back the material once I get my $19.95. Please, I am not interested in repeating myself or reading repeated information from you or vicki. Simply stated I want what rightfully mine. The package received by post mail is understandably right in you expecting your package before my refund $199. What I am asking for the $19.95 now because I am not using the iOffice. vicki knows this. I am not going to excite myself. So, neither you or vicki communicate with each other or I will make this legal situation. I am begging not to take this route with me. Please don’t email or call me: UNLESS YOU ARE NOTIFYING ME ABOUT MY REFUND OF $19.95. vicki and yourself have until this Friday than you give no choice to seek legal counsel.

Sohlau, I phoned you back this morning, but you did not answer. The $19.95 for your iOffice account to be cancelled will have to requested by you. Victoria sent you the instructions to cancel your iOffice last week. If you follow those instructions, then you should have no problem cancelling your account. As for the $199 that you paid to get licensed and recieve your Success Business Package, that will be refunded once the complete package has been returned. You will need to return the complete business package that you recieved recently as well as the original business package that you were sent. Once we are in receipt of all of those items, then you will be credited the full $199.
