Pineapple is also grown in the only state in the USA, Hawaii, where it has been cultivated since the 18th century, where the warmer tropical temperatures, ensure plenty of growth for this exotic, most sought after fruit.It is also grown in the Phillipines and Brazil.

Pineapple contains more than 80% water and a lot of fiber, which helps our digestive system. Pineapple is also full of valuable nutrients that help our bodies be healthy. Some of these nutrients are bromelain and vitamin C. These two alone do wonders in clearing mucus in your body and fighting coughs.
