The answer is that it is not difficult to lose weight, safely and quickly if you want to.

The most important thing to do if you really want to lose that weight is to have a definite plan of action and the fervent desire to do so. Your attitude can be the reason for you to win half of the battle.

Every plan of action has a few basics.

Start your day, just after waking up, with an exercise routine that includes cardio and aerobic exercises. Do this for a minimum of 30 minutes but if you do extend that to 45 or 60 minutes the body fat will really start getting to be burnt. Doing this early in the morning ensures a 3 times extra burn out of fat. This has been studied and proved scientifically.

There are the reasons for it. During the day carbohydrates are the main source of energy for your body. While you have been sleeping for 6 or 8 hours, the carbohydrates in the body are used up, to maintain your body and repair the cells. In the morning the carbohydrate level in your body is quite low. Any exercise that you do, the body has to use the energy from the fat cells, as the carbohydrates are no more in a position to provide the energy.

Once you have finished your morning workouts have some high quality whey or a protein shake. Eat some high fiber containing vegetables or grains. These will be used up throughout the morning.

Now, you need to help on that process of reducing body fat. Once your body has recovered from the previous exercise session, say after 6 hours or so, repeat the morning exercise routine. This will make your body to continue to reduce that fat stored in your body, and this automatically increases the metabolic rate. This causes the fat burning to continue even when you are not exercising.

Now make it a point to eat 5 or 6 nutritious mini meals throughout the day instead of the 3 large ones of your normal routine. Your metabolism will be very active because of these meals that you are having every 2 or 3 hours.

Be sure that you will repeat these multiple sessions of exercise at least few times a week, within your daily routine. This will boost your body’s ability to burn fat by almost a half. It would be advisable to consult your doctor before you start such routines so that he can preclude any other health problems that you may have and advise you accordingly.

Get plenty of sleep and keep a high fluid level in your body. Drink plenty of water for the maximum benefits. This training routine can dehydrate you, and that is the reason on why you need the water. The water can also help you to remove the toxins and waste that is now being produced by your charged up metabolism.
