Spring will be here soon enough, and so will the Festivals in Indiana. People typically think of Indiana as mostly corn or farmland, but when nice weather drifts into the air, so does the fun time after the fields have been plowed, and planted.
Many of the festivals are in remembrance of our rich historical background. There are several Native American festivals around the state, as Indiana was once the home to one of the biggest Native tribes this side of the Mississippi. Then we have alots of festivals that honor the culture of the pioneers who came before us….the Germans, the Irish, the Dutch and the French.
This is just a short list of some of the soon to be up-coming festivals around the state you do not want to miss!
