I brought this yoga video at just over 3 months pregnant, I had been suffering from morning sickness since week 3 so hadn’t felt remotely like exercising. I normally do quite a bit of exercising so felt really unhealthy and so looked around for a yoga video as I hoped this would be light enough for me to face doing.

The DVD is fantastic and can be used from your 12th week. There are a number of sections on there, a long yoga session and also a shortened version for when you either don’t have much time or just cant face doing anything for very long. There is also partner work and some really good tips.
The workout itself low impact but very through and really easy to follow, you feel nice and relaxed after doing it and a little more flexible. Tara is a great teacher so makes the DVD very watchable indeed.
This is my first pregnancy and I’m really pleased I have found this DVD, for anyone who is too sick or too tried to face the gym after work or whenever its certainly a must, you do just enough to make you feel just a little bit healthier.
A must for any mum to be.
