Baking Soda – in a small bowl, put some baking soda and add just enough water to make a paste. Dab the paste on your acne and wait a few minutes (let it dry on your face) – With the extra paste in the bowl, scrub your face gently. The baking soda will exfoliate the dead skin cell and leave your skin smooth

Toothpaste – dab some regular toothpaste (not gels and not the tartar control…just plain old toothpaste) on your acne. Place a band-aid over the toothpaste covered pimple and go to bed. In the morning just wash your face as normal…

Elmer’s Glue-All – Instead of using the expensive strips to remove oil and blackheads, smooth a thin layer on your face (avoid the eye area and mouth) – let this dry and then peel it off or you can wash it off…
White Vinegar – equal amounts of White Vinegar and water mixed in a bowl. Using a cotton ball, clean your face. This will help balance the pH in your skin…helping to clear up your acne…

Tea bags – soak the tea bag for a short period of time in hot water. DO NOT squeeze the water out of the tea bag) – place the tea bag on the acne and leave on like a compress…this will bring a pimple to a head quickly…

Mouthwash – After washing your face with soap and water, use the mouthwash as you would rubbing alcohol – saturate a cotton ball and dab the acne. Leave the mouthwash on your face for about 10 minutes or until you don’t feel the tingle anymore. Rinse the mouthwash off and then splash cold water on your face to close your pores.  Make sure you use plain old mouthwash…not the whitening or any of the other types…

Neosporin – This doesn’t just help heal cuts the antibiotic in Neosporin will help clear up your acne…

Honey – Dab some honey on the acne and cover with a band-aid before you go to bed. The honey will kill bacteria and keep the acne area sterile. It will speed healing and help bring the pimple to a head…

Preparation H, Vicks VapoRub and Visine – use only ONE of these – these products all work the same. They help reduce the swelling of a pimple.

**If you plan to use the visine in your eyes later on, then make sure the tip does not touch your skin.
